Beijing Swift Urban Coexistence System

Taking Beijing swift conservation as a starting point, this project develops a conceptual service-system prototype for urban coexistence. Through a more-than-human and dual-user perspective, it connects nesting habitat scenarios, public artefacts, app-based engagement, digital storytelling, and public participation touchpoints to support urban biodiversity awareness and encourage behavioural change among urban residents toward multispecies coexistence.

Gentofte Hospital Education Center UX Improvement

This service design and co-creation project improved the user experience of Gentofte Hospital Education Center. Through user behaviour analysis, co-creation workshops, stakeholder communication, and iterative prototyping, the project addressed wayfinding, learning flow, and space use. Reported outcomes included an increase in user satisfaction from 38% to 86%, a 23% improvement in space utilisation, and annual bookings increasing from 232 to 370.

Construction Plastic Waste Recycling Education Project

This project explores how strategic design and visual education can improve public understanding of construction plastic waste recycling in Copenhagen. Based on research into landfill disposal and recycling barriers, it uses educational comics to translate technical processes into accessible narratives, helping audiences understand material circulation, environmental responsibility, and possible behavioural change.
